The Grapevine was established at a pivotal moment—during the transition of the company from a family-owned corporation to a multinational business under The DAIRY FARM GROUP. Amidst this change, employees needed a reliable source for company updates and insights.

Designed as both an informative and engaging platform, The Grapevine became a vital communication tool for management while also serving as a fun and interactive space for employees to share their voices.

Launched with its maiden issue in late 2014, The Grapevine published 18 bi-monthly issues until 2018, fostering transparency, connection, and a stronger workplace culture.
